“He is a deeply compassionate man who cares about people having homes. He wants everyone to have a home and he lives these values. This is why I chose him. He puts people first. Later after I had some interaction with him I realized how easy going and approachable he was and I quickly grew comfortable asking him any kind of question about property and the search for the perfect home. He was always available by phone even late in the evening. Bill was very concerned about me using a friend and neighbor as a selling agent for my home in American Canyon. He did not want me to be getting into a complicated or risky arrangement. He looked up the credentials of this man to make sure of his background.
